Property Group Partners (PGP) owners of the Third Street Tunnel Infrastructure Project and the Capitol Crossing development has just been advised by PEPCO that they intend to conduct additional electric utility work in the area adjacent to our work zone. This work is not related to the electric work for the Third Street Tunnel Infrastructure Project and as of this writing it is not clear how long this work will last. This utility work is being performed under a separate permit issued by the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) that allows PEPCO and or its subcontractor to work 24-hours a day to complete any necessary electrical work.
